[Added]

- Projects: Sprints for Scrum projects, with a planning pane, story points, burndown, velocity and past sprint history. Kanban projects stay sprint-free.

- Projects: Backlog tab with a ranked list, drag reorder, quick add, inline editors, bulk start and keyboard shortcuts. Overdue tasks can move to the backlog automatically.

- Projects: Milestones with progress, a milestones tab, board filters and grouping, and header and overview chips. Missed milestones trigger notifications.

- **Teams and Clients: Copy the invitation link for pending invites, and choose whether to send the invite when adding a team member.

- Leads: Members can see and manage leads they own, except delete.

- Sharing: Open Graph share cards for links, and workspace-aware page titles and favicons.

[Fixed]

- Projects: Fixed task start date defaulting to today, a duplicate-key issue when loading more backlog items, stale board data, sticky table cell overlap, and a sheet closing when the window lost focus.

- Projects: Fixed task priority and status being reset on partial updates, and made task deep links work from any board state.

- Projects: Backend errors now show real messages instead of generic toasts.

- Discussions: Fixed brand-new DMs missing from the sidebar, thread replies not firing notifications, crashes when a sender's account was deleted, composer paste, multiline and emoji issues, and a jump-to-latest button was added.

- Discussions: Loading older messages no longer marks them as read, and the @mention list now shows the real channel members.

- Notifications: Fixed duplicate discussion alerts, unread badges not updating on Mark all as read, and push titles that showed raw HTML. Push now shows the sender and a real message preview.

- Emails: Fixed failed replies staying marked as Sent with no retry, replied threads jumping to the wrong folder, search showing stale results, and a retry storm for mail sent to deleted workspaces.

- Emails: Sidebar scrolling, mailbox labels, a false "no email connected" state, and Save Draft posting to a missing route are all fixed.

- Support: An agent reply no longer wipes out other assignees, and new tickets stay on the first page.

- Documents: Fixed multi-page pagination, page-break text clipping, table and paste bugs, and a PDF signature leak. Signing controls are hidden once a document is complete, and Edit is hidden for view-only access.

- Invoicing: Fixed multi-tax selection, leading-zero glitches in price, quantity and tax inputs, and publishing on send with public pay and view links emailed to the client.

- Pipeline: Fixed deal creation, missing activity log after reload, and quick-add now picks the existing client on a duplicate email.

- Leads: Fixed false conversion-failure emails and duplicate sends, and conversion now carries full lead data to the contact.

- Billing: Fixed WhatsApp and add-on payments activating the main plan, paid access being granted on pending or expired payments, storage usage display and invoice history.

- Welcome Wizard: Fixed a step save error, lost custom content and a script injection hole.

- Security* Closed an open realtime auth bypass in Discussions, a paywall bypass in AI features, and inbox notifications leaking from mailboxes a user cannot access.

- Security: Identity and security emails now always use the system mailer, and tenant SMTP respects the live plan.

- Access: Support tickets are now restricted to the right users, and managers are no longer blocked on routes they should reach.

- Domains: Custom domains with a "www" label are now rejected with a clear message.

- Auth: Invitation links keep the workspace, and duplicate logins are guarded.

- Reliability: Fixed hydration warnings, a login redirect on the Firebase service worker, and Gmail connect popups that did not close.

[Improved]

- Performance: Faster task detail modal, quicker discussions switching, billing fetch deduplicated, and a cached, indexed dashboard to keep it responsive under load.

- Performance: PDF viewer worker is self-hosted with lazy page loading.

- Toasts: Redesigned toast cards with better contrast, consistent sizing and placement, and wrapping for long messages.

- Reliability: Workspace provisioning retries automatically with backoff, bulk workspace removal is throttled, and failed email sends retry with friendly final states.

- Settings: Task templates and project programs moved into Project Settings, and Portfolio, Add-on and Service Category now sit under a Service Catalog tab.

- Pickers: Recently picked clients, leads, companies and team members surface first.

- Polish: Added missing translations across the new project, sprint, template and settings screens.
