Reports Module

The Reports Module roadmap focuses on building comprehensive analytics across all core business areas. It begins with Finance reports to provide visibility into revenue, invoices, recurring revenue (MRR/ARR), payment gateway performance, taxes, discounts, quotations, outstanding invoices, and cash flow. Next, Project reports will track project health, task completion, time tracking, resource utilization, milestones, and team member performance. The Sales analytics phase will introduce lead funnel insights, lead source ROI, lead aging, deal pipeline, deal forecasting, and deal activity tracking. This will be followed by Client insights including client activity, customer lifetime value, geographic distribution, engagement score, and portal usage. Additional reports will cover Service performance, Support and communication metrics (tickets, meetings, emails, WhatsApp), Operational analytics for forms, documents, and workflows, and finally Team performance dashboards including activity summaries, workload distribution, role performance, user audits, and login activity to provide full organizational visibility.
