It starts with Client Email Templates to automate key client interactions such as invitations, invoice notifications, payment confirmations, meeting confirmations or updates, support ticket updates, document signing requests, form submissions, service order payments, deal communications, project assignments, and inbox auto-replies. The next phase introduces Team Notification Templates to keep internal teams informed about workspace invitations, meeting bookings and reminders, task assignments and completions, project discussions, comments, mentions, deal activities, and conversation invitations.
